Service Description

During this 4-6 hour consultation, we will meet at your site and review your options and answer any questions you may have. We will also provide additional due-diligence for your site so we will know what municipality constraints and challenges we will be faced with. Lastly, we will start sketching and planning your new home. There is a $500 charge, but that fee will be credited when you contract with us to design your home. Metro Phoenix Only.
