design. RKD Stock Plans can be modified
to match your needs. Find a plan you
like and need another garage bay? How
about a larger Master Bedroom? Maybe you
need a larger Dining Room for those family holidays when everyone comes to your
house. We can also convert stock homes
designed as Frame or CMU to ICF and vice versa – it’s your choice. Robert Klob Designs can make these
modifications quickly, easily and cost effectively.
RKD Stock Home Plans are different from other stock plans in
many ways. One of the most important is
our plans are complete with industry approved details, notes and plans that
reflect current code conditions. As long
as the municipality you intend to build in follows the International Building
Codes, we will update your plans to match at no additional charge.
We also will provide a site specific site plan based on your
lot. This is a code requirement and
rarely provided. Again we do this for no
additional charge.
Typically, plans you receive from the online or plan books
arrive with your plan noted as “Plan 123” on each page. We feel that your plans are special to you
and should reflect YOU, so we personalize each set with your name or company
name on each page.
Lastly and possibly most important – we are so confident in
the quality of our plans and designs we include any municipality plan review
requirements* and revisions in our plan fee.
This is something that is unheard of in the stock home plan industry.
