written consent of Robert Klob Designs, Inc. is strictly prohibited and will be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
By purchasing the minimum of a full set of House Plans or custom designs, you
are granted the right to build that home one time (Unless otherwise stated).
Only the original purchaser has the right to build one home from the plans or
designs purchased, you may not rent, lease, loan, give, transfer or sell the
plans. A client may purchase plans for a builder to build a home for the
client.
Because it is illegal to create derivative works without having purchased the
right to do so, even if you are planning on making extensive changes to the
design, copyright laws require you to purchase a copy of the plans.
Common Misconceptions:
Under U.S. & International Copyright Laws...
It is illegal to make copies from home blueprints. You may however make up to
10 sets of prints (build the house 1 time) when you purchase stock plans or have Robert
Klob Designs, Inc. design a custom home for you.
It is illegal to have plans drawn by any other person or company based in whole or in part on plans presented
by Robert Klob Designs, Inc. shown in house plans, catalogs, designs, web
pages, or marketing literature without having first purchased the plans.
It is illegal to build a home more than once without purchasing additional
Construction Licenses (unless otherwise authorized in writing by Robert Klob
Designs, Inc.).
It is illegal to rent, lease, loan, give, transfer or sell Robert Klob Designs,
Inc. house plans. Only the original purchaser has the right to build from the
building plans purchased.
Privacy Policy:
This policy covers how all Robert Klob Designs, Inc. websites treat personal
information collected and received.
Information Collection and Use:
Robert Klob Designs, Inc collects personal information when we receive an email
from you, and when you call to speak with one of our customer service
representatives or send us an email.
When you create an account with us, we ask for information that will allow us
to best serve you throughout the process of designing a home or ordering a
stock home plan. This includes your name, company name, email address, phone
number, fax number, and complete mailing address.
Robert Klob Designs, Inc collects information about orders you place with us,
and about plans you choose to save for later viewing.

requests for designs, to track relevant phone conversations regarding your
questions and concerns, and occasionally to advise you about new house plans or
services offered on our websites.

Prior to your order of house plans, Robert Klob Designs, Inc does not at this
time share your information with other people or companies, except as required
by law, including occasions when we have reason to believe our copyright has
been infringed upon.
Upon ordering a set of house plans, Robert Klob Designs, Inc may share your
name and contact information with certain partners who may be helpful to you as

affect on RKD, their staff, contractors or subcontractors.

Robert Klob nor any employees of RKD are not licensed in the state or Arizona as a Registered
Architect but are governed by the laws as stated by the Arizona Board of
Technical Registration.Most
municipalities within the State of Arizona
do not require residential projects to be prepared by licensed architects.
However, many do require that engineering be completed by licensed engineers
and Robert Klob Designs, Inc. utilizes the services of who we feel are the best
