Group Homes are residences that provide warm and caring places to live for those that need a little extra help.  There are Group Homes for Adult Care, Persons with Disabilities and Child Shelters.  With new federal mandates, all municipalities are required to allow them in standard residential neighborhoods.  However, those municipalities can set requirements for their size, occupancy, location, and licensing.
