With the current economy, Foreclosures and Short Sales are
commonplace. There are great deals out
there for those who are looking. However, for each great deal, there are many more money pits.
Robert Klob Designs works with our clients to evaluate each
perspective foreclosure or short sale purchase. We can help separate the good deals from the money pits. Plus we can advise on upgrades, remodeling or
enhancements to make the home an asset to your family or real estate portfolio. Our vast experience with remodels will offer
insight into your new home and strengthen your investment decisions.
One recent client purchased a foreclosure home in an older
neighborhood for $40,000. Neighboring homes, most of them have not been upgraded, are currently selling for around $150,000. These same homes were selling for upwards of
$250,000 in 2005. The home did have some damage
and outdated elements that needed to be replaced but was structurally sound. We worked with the homeowner to design these
upgrades and included some remodeling to stay within their $100,000
budget. When complete, they will have a
newly upgraded home that will live with their lifestyle while still maintaining
some equity as the economy improves.
Robert Klob Designs should be your resource to ensure the
foreclosure or short sale investment will provide you not just maximum use but also maximum
return on the investment.
