The homes are multiple sizes, amenities and aesthetic features for different budget types.  Sizes range from 1,200 s.f. to over 2,100 s.f.  Each home plan will contain a full set of plans for construction that include floor, foundation, framing, electrical & mechanical plans.  They are designed to meet the 2006 International Residential Building Code and will typically exceed the 2006 International Energy Code by more than 30%.

Tornado and Hurricane resistance is paramount to the design process of each home.  The ICF wall systems are designed to withstand winds and projectiles over 200 mph.  In addition, doors and windows can be upgraded by the owner to further withstand projectile penetration.  In addition, the walls can offer resistance to moderate flooding & fire for several hours (based on manufacturer specifics).
